With nutrition coaching you receive personalised guidance and support based on your own unique goals, lifestyle, habits, and/or special diet concerns, to help you get better results that last.

WHAT IS NUTRITION COACHING?

Unfortunately there is no one-size-fits-all diet, and ultimately what works for someone else may not work for you. As a nutrition coach, I actively work with you to integrate science-backed nutritional strategies and positive habits that are easy to integrate into your daily life. Rather than following a set of strict ‘rules’ and completely overhauling your life from day one, I help you to build these habits intelligently and sustainably over time. This means you get better results that last.

1. LIFESTYLE QUESTIONNAIRE

I will ask you to fill in a lifestyle questionnaire before the consultation to find out your goals, lifestyle habits, eating patterns and physical activity.

2. 3 DAY FOOD DIARY

Along with the questionnaire I will also ask you to log your food for 3 days. This could be in written format, or using the app MealLogger to privately share photos of your meals.

3. CONSULTATION

This is where I get to learn about you - your goals, lifestyle habits, eating patterns and physical activity. We will use this time to identify any barriers to change, and develop a plan that works within your lifestyle.

4. FOLLOW-UP

This is a follow-up appointment to check-in on your progress and fine-tune your nutrition plan. Follow-up appointments are a great method of accountability to keep you motivated towards your goals.

6 sessions including a 1 hour Consultation + 5 follow-up appointments.
