How do I book my first session?
After purchasing your Foundation Course or Taster session, you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange a date and time suitable for you.
For most people we recommend attending consistently at least three times a week to achieve significant results. Any less and you might become dissatisfied by slow progress! Too many sessions a week before your body has gotten used to it may just overwhelm you, however it does totally depend on the individual, your lifestyle, and capacity.
I'm worried I'm not fit enough to start, is this normal?
This is completely normal! Most of our members have had little to no fitness experience prior to joining CrossFit Leamington. As we like to say, you don’t have to be fit to start, but you do have to start to get fit! Our Foundation Course is perfect for dipping your toes into the world of CrossFit and increasing your fitness confidence. Additionally we also recommend our private Personal Training sessions for those looking to build up confidence, or if you have specific injuries or limitations.
How do I cancel my membership?
All membership cancellations or temporary holds require 1 month’s advance notice, which must be provided in writing to email@example.com. If the required notice is not given, the customer will be billed for the subsequent month prior to cancellation.
