If you’re new to CrossFit then you will first need to be enrolled on our private Foundation Course! This is designed to help you learn the neccessary skills and build your confidence before joining our classes. For us, it’s an opportunity to learn about you, your body and your fitness goals. And, hopefully, become the foundation for greater things!​

Foundation course

4 x 1 hour private classes​

New to CrossFit? Learn the foundations!

  • Pre-requisite beginner's course
  • Individual movement assessment
  • 4 x 1 hour personal training sessions
  • Learn the fundamentals of squatting, pressing, pull ups, the olympic lifts, and gymnastics
  • Build your confidence before starting group classes

What happens next?


REgister, Payment and confirmation

Sign-up through our system, and purchase your course. You’ll receive confirmation and a receipt by email.


Book your first session

After purchasing your Foundation Course, you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange a date and time suitable for you.


Start your Crossfit journey!

After completing all of your four Foundation Course sessions, you will then need to purchase your membership in order to graduate to group classes.

How do I book my first session?

After purchasing your Foundation Course or Taster session, you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange a date and time suitable for you.

Do I have to do the foundation course?

If you are new to CrossFit, yes. Or if you have at least 3 month’s CrossFit experience in a registered CrossFit affiliate, you can then jump straight into our group classes. We may ask you to undertake a quick movement assessment just to check you are moving correctly and safely.
